- contract terms;
- cancellation terms;
- accommodation quality; or
- the actions of an accommodation provider.

Where airport pickup, transport or travel-related support is included in a student's package, the service is subject to availability, agreed arrangements and applicable third-party provider terms.
UniSphere does not guarantee that flights, transport services or third-party travel arrangements will operate without delay, cancellation or disruption.
Students remain responsible for providing accurate travel information and complying with applicable travel and immigration requirements.
8.Employment and Career
UniSphere may provide general career guidance, employability support, CV support, LinkedIn support or related services depending on the student's package.
We do not guarantee:
- employment;
- a particular salary;
- a particular employer;
- a particular job;
- an internship;
- working hours;
- part-time employment;
- sponsorship; or

Employment decisions are made by employers and depend on the student's qualifications, skills, experience, market conditions and other factors.
